Ph.D. student under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Natasa Przulj starting in October 2010. Working on the applications of graph theoretic solutions on biological networks.

Performed my undergraduate studies between 2004-2008 in the Department of Computer Engineering, METU. Worked as assistant between 2008-2010 while performing M.Sc. studies. Assisted several courses on Computer Graphics, C Programming, Database Management Systems, File Management, Algorithms.
